The company was founded by Rainer Wenz towards the end of 1997. It operated its own maintenance hangar at Frankfurt Airport. Insolvency proceedings were opened on October 30, 2008.

After filing for insolvency, business operations could not continue due to an official order and therefore had to be discontinued.

Incidents

  • On December 26, 2007, a Challenger 604 with the aircraft registration D-ARWE crashed into a wall shortly after taking off from Almaty ( Kazakhstan ) and went up in flames. The entrepreneur Lars Windhorst was seriously injured. The cause of the accident is said to have been icing up of the machine. As a result, the company ran into economic difficulties.
