History and destinations

Hössl & Winkler operated under the Bavarian air traffic operator certificate with the number 003 and, in addition to air taxi services, also offered business and cargo flights. On April 1, 1977, the company began a daily line connection between Frankfurt Airport and Straubing Airport . For the summer season of the same year, Munich was also connected to Elba . By 1979, around 3000 passengers could be counted on this connection operated for Riedenauer Reisen .

In March 1980, the Munich - Saarbrücken route followed, using a Merlin III, and the route between Munich and St. Moritz was already flown in the summer of 1981 , although this last route proved to be extremely lossy. Due to a motorcycle accident on the part of Hössl, which made it impossible for him to continue working in the company, the company's financial situation finally came to a head, and as a result, in 1982 flight operations were stopped; Bankruptcy has been filed.
