The Hapag-Lloyd Executive GmbH (now also part of the Hapag-Lloyd Express GmbH ) was a German airline based in Langenhagen .

history

The Hapag-Lloyd Executive was formed in 1999 from Wiking Flight Service GmbH , which had previously operated business flights for Preussag AG since 1983 . As a member of TUI Airline Management, flight operations took place both for the TUI Group and for external companies.

In March 2013, it was decided to offer a Challenger 604 for sale and to dismiss the associated crew; Cost reductions in the area of the board of directors were a declared goal. The other Challenger 300 was operated at that time for the E.ON energy company .

The company was then no longer mentioned in any significant way: Not only was the website switched off and the company removed from the list of tax-free aviation sales, the air transport operator certificate has also expired.

Destinations

The company offered flights to worldwide destinations from its locations in Hanover, Düsseldorf and Munich .
