Regio Air (also Mecklenburg Flugdienst ) was a German airline based at Neubrandenburg Airport . In the end, however, it did not have an operating license from the Federal Aviation Office and was therefore not allowed to operate its own flights. In the past Europe-wide business flights were carried out. Previously, a regular service between Munich and Neubrandenburg with a Swearingen Metro was also offered from Tuesday to Thursday .

The company was liquidated on July 20, 2015 and consequently dissolved.

As of April 2013, Regio Air was operating a 33-year-old Fairchild Swearingen Metro II with the aircraft registration D-IESS , which offered space for 14 passengers.
