Air-Taxi Europe ( proper spelling air-taxi europe , a-te for short ) is a German airline based in Braunschweig and based at Braunschweig-Wolfsburg Airport .
history
Air-Taxi Europe was founded in Braunschweig (Lower Saxony) in 2005. As the first airline to put aircraft of Austrian manufacturer Diamond Aircraft type DA42 "Twin Star" commercial one. Since the end of 2007 it has also been operating Reims-Cessna F406 aircraft . The Cessna F406 can be used to transport passengers and cargo. After the flight operations of Flugdienst Fehlhaber were discontinued , Air-Taxi Europe is currently the only German operator of this type of aircraft. The D-IATE is the first European-approved Cessna of the 400 series with the Garmin G600 glass cockpit .
In 2009 the company entered regional air traffic under the flyate.de brand .
Destinations
Air-Taxi Europe operates as a regional airline on domestic German routes and also operates charter flights for business customers, scheduled freight, donor organs and dangerous goods .
