Holiday Express Deutsche Luftverkehrs GmbH & Co. was a German regional airline that existed from 1983 to 1987 and was based in Hamburg .

history

Holiday Express was founded in 1983 as the successor company to HADAG Air Seebäderflug , which was sold by HADAG Seetouristik und Fährdienst . In 1987 operations were stopped and the successor company was renamed Hanse Express . This in turn was then taken over by Hamburg Airlines as a rescue company in 1988 .

Destinations

The routes from Hamburg to Helgoland , Westerland (Sylt) , Hanover and Kassel were flown as scheduled flights . From 1985 Rotterdam was added , followed by Antwerp in October 1986 . Shortly before operations ceased, routes to Brussels and Gothenburg were added. In addition, ad hoc charter flights were carried out.
