In 2001 Linnhoff Schiffahrt took over all shares. The RF Forschungsschiffahrt also belongs to this company. KAAN Air INTERNATIONAL AG is a subsidiary of the Turkish Kaan Havacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş (brand name KAAN AIR), which in turn is a subsidiary of BAŞARI HOLDİNG.
