Labarthe-Inard ( Occitan Era Barta d'Inard ) is a French commune with 852 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitania region ; it is part of the arrondissement of Saint-Gaudens and the canton of Saint-Gaudens . The inhabitants are called Inardais .
geography
Labarthe-Inard is located in the historic province of Comminges at the foot of the Pyrenees and on the banks of the Garonne , about 72 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . Labarthe-Inard is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Médard in the north, Beauchalot in the east, Montespan in the south and south-east, Pointis-Inard in the south and south-west, Estancarbon in the west and Savarthès in the west and north-west.
