Roquefort-sur-Garonne ( Occitan Ròcahòrt de Garona ) is a French commune with 794 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitania region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Gaudens and the canton of Bagnères-de-Luchon (until 2015 Salies-du-Salat ). The inhabitants are called Roquefortains .

Roquefort-sur-Garonne is located about 65 kilometers south-southwest of Toulouse on the Garonne , which borders the municipality to the north and west and into which the salad flows here. Roquefort-sur-Garonne is surrounded by the neighboring communities Martres-Tolosane in the north and northeast, Mauran in the northeast, Montclar-de-Comminges and Ausseing in the east, Belbèze-en-Comminges in the southeast, Cassagne in the south, Mazères-sur-Salat in the South and southwest, Saint-Martory in the southwest, Mancioux in the west and Boussens in the northwest.
The A64 autoroute runs through the municipality .
