Lodes ( Occitan Lòdas ) is a French commune with 292 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitania region ; it is part of the arrondissement of Saint-Gaudens and the canton of Saint-Gaudens . The inhabitants are called Lodois .

geography

Lodes is located in the historic province of Comminges at the foot of the Pyrenees , about 85 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . Lodes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cardeilhac in the north, Lalouret-Laffiteau in the northeast, Larcan in the east, Saint-Ignan in the south and southeast, Le Cuing in the south and west and Larroque in the northwest.
