Saux-et-Pomarède ( Occitan Sauç e Pomareda ) is a French commune with 272 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitania region ; it is part of the arrondissement of Saint-Gaudens and the canton of Saint-Gaudens . The inhabitants are called Saurédois and Pomarédiens .

Saux-et-Pomarède is located in the historic province of Comminges at the foot of the Pyrenees , about 85 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . Saux-et-Pomarède is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Ignan in the north, Larcan in the north and northeast, Latoue in the northeast, Lieoux in the east, Saint-Gaudens in the south, Villeneuve-de-Rivière in the south and southwest, Bordes-de- Rivière to the west and south-west and Le Cuing to the west and north-west.
