National Historical Museum of Ukraine	In the years 1937-1939 built building near the Alexander Church, in which 1944 the museum was opened
National Art Museum of Ukraine	Art Museum in 1899 in a neoclassical building on Hrushevskoho Street
National Museum of Ukrainian Decorative Folk Art	Folk Art Museum opened in 1904 within the Kiev Pechersk Lavra.
Museum of Western and Oriental Art Kiev	The most important art museum in Ukraine on Tereshchenkovskaya Street, 15-17
National Museum Kiev Art Gallery	Art museum founded in 1922; was called the National Museum of Russian Art until 2017
Museum of Folk Architecture and Customs of Ukraine	Also known as the Pirogov Open-Air Museum, it is an open-air museum in the southwestern Holoziyiv Raion
Oleh Antonov State Aviation Museum of Ukraine	Open-air museum founded in 2003 with around 70 aircraft on display
Central Na Rada	The Zentralna Rada or "House of Teachers" is now home to the Pedagogical Museum and the Museum of the Ukrainian People's Republic

Contract house	Classicist house on Kontraktowa Square, built 1815–17
Marienpalast	Baroque palace on the high right bank of the Dnieper. The palace now serves as the official ceremonial residence of the President of Ukraine and is in the immediate vicinity of the Verkhovna Rada, the Ukrainian parliament.
National Music Academy of Ukraine Peter Tchaikovsky	built in 1890, the most famous musical training facility in Ukraine on the Maidan
National Philharmonic of Ukraine	At the European Square in Khreshchatyk Park
National Ivan Franko Drama Theater	Theater building on Ivan Franko Square, built in the late 19th century in neo-Greek style
October Palace	Classical theater building and library from 1842 near the Majdan
Ukrajina Palace	Concert hall built in 1970 and one of the most important venues for political, cultural and international events on Chervonoarmiyska Street.
Presidential Office of Ukraine	Seat of the presidential authority opposite the house with the chimeras
Government building of Ukraine	Seat of the Cabinet of Ministers in the style of socialist classicism
Richard the Lionheart Castle	Legendary house on the Andreassteig, built in the pseudo-Gothic style at the beginning of the 20th century
Chocolate house	Manor house and museum built in 1899 in the style of historicism
Taras Shevchenko Opera House	Opera house built in the early 20th century in the styles of rationalism, baroque and neo-Romanesque
