Millonfosse is a French municipality with 715 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Nord in the region of Hauts-de-France . Administratively, the municipality is assigned to the arrondissement of Valenciennes ; it belongs to the canton of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux (until 2015: canton of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux-Rive gauche ).

Millonfosse is located in French Flanders near the Belgian border about 12 kilometers northwest of Valenciennes . The canalized Scheldt flows through the municipality . Millonfosse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Rosult in the north and north-west, Saint-Amand-les-Eaux in the east and north-east, Hasnon in the south, Tilloy-lez-Marchiennes in the west and south-west and Bousignies in the west.

The A23 autoroute runs through the municipality .
