Saint-Felicien ( Occitan : San Farcio ) is a French municipality with 1191 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Ardèche in the Region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Tournon-sur-Rhône and the canton of Haut-Vivarais (until 2015: canton of Saint-Félicien ).

Saint-Félicien is located on the Daronne River . Saint-Félicien is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vaudevant in the north, Saint-Victor in the east, Bozas , Arlebosc and Empurany in the south, Nozières in the southwest and Pailharès in the west.
