Saint-Laurent-des-Combes is a French municipality with 92 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Charente in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Poitou-Charentes ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Angoulême (until 2017 Cognac ) and the municipal association Lavalette Tude Dronne, founded in 2017 . The inhabitants are called Saint-Laurentais .
geography
Saint-Laurent-des-Combes is located in the south of the historic province of Angoumois , about forty kilometers south-southwest of Angoulême . Saint-Laurent-des-Combes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Félix in the north and northwest, Saint-Martial in the north and northeast, Montboyer in the south and east, Brie-sous-Chalais in the south and southwest and Châtignac in the west.
