Saint-Adjutory is located about 27 kilometers east-northeast of Angoulême on the Bellonne River . Saint-Adjutory is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vitrac-Saint-Vincent in the north and northeast, Montembœuf in the east and northeast, Mazerolles in the southeast, Yvrac-et-Malleyrand in the south, Taponnat-Fleurignac in the west and Chasseneuil-sur-Bonnieure in the northwest.
