Těchařovice (German Tiecharschowitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located ten kilometers south of Příbram and belongs to the Okres Příbram .

geography

Těchařovice is located in a valley in the Příbramská pahorkatina hills . The village lies between the ponds Bukovský rybník and Těchařovice at the confluence of the brook Bukovský potok in the Svojšický potok. To the north rises the Vranč (608 m), in the east the Zásek (561 m) and southeast of the Pteč (633 m). The forest of Háj extends to the south. East of Těchařovice is the state road I / 4 between Příbram and Strakonice . There is a substation to the southeast.

Neighboring towns are Vrančice and Životice in the north, Rtišovice and Myslovice in the Northeast, C min and Pečice the east, Hvižďour, Zbenice , Cihelna, Na Dole and Chraštice the southeast, Zahájí, Kletice, Svojšice and Tušovice in the south, Tušovičky, Starosedlský Hradek , Horejany and Podtochovice in the southwest, Tochovice and Ostrovský Mlýn in the west and Ostrov and Hora in the northwest.

history

The village was first mentioned in writing on June 24, 1356 in a certificate of approval from Margrave Johann Heinrich von Moravia, issued with the consent of his brother Charles IV, about an exchange of goods between the Crown of Bohemia and the Prague dean Předvoj. The crown for 200 Shock acquired Prager Groschen lands around the Karlštejn from Emmaus Monastery in exchange for the Good Kamýk in Bolzano circle associated royal forest Černihájí between Těchařovice, Přelibsko, Kletice, Chraštice, Zbenice and Myslovice. The Těchařovice estate was the seat of the Vladiken von Těchařovice family and was later added to the Worlik domain .

The von Schwanbergs belonged to the following owners since the 16th century . After the Battle of White Mountain , the estate of Peter von Schwanberg was confiscated and in 1621 the Eggenberg owners of the Worlik domain. After the male line of Eggenberg died out in 1717, the Schwarzenberg family inherited their property. In the years 1805 to 1835, the Passauer Kaiserstraße was laid out along the old Goldener Steig , on the route of which the State Road I / 4 runs today. In 1837 Těcharowitz consisted of 22 houses with 142 inhabitants, including an Israelite family. Two houses in the village belonged to the Zbenitz estate . The parish was Groß-Kraschtitz . Until the middle of the 19th century the village remained subject to the Fideikommissherrschaft Worlik, including the allodial estates Zalužan, Zbenitz and Bukowan.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Těchařovice / Těcharowitz 1850 a district of the municipality Zbenice in the district administration Breznitz and the judicial district Mirowitz . From 1855 the village belonged to the Písek district. In 1949 the village was reclassified in the Okres Příbram . On January 1, 1953, the districts Těchařovice and Životice of the municipality Zbenice were umgemeindet to Vrančice . On January 1, 1980, Vrančice and its districts were incorporated into Milín . Těchařovice broke away from Milín on January 1, 1993 and formed its own municipality for the first time in its history.
