Aboncourt ( German Endorf , Lorraine Aubonco ) is a French commune with 351 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ).

The community of Aboncourt is located in the Canner Valley , about 18 kilometers southeast of Thionville .

history

The place was first mentioned in 1147 as Epindorf and has belonged to France since 1661.

The village of Neudelange ( Nödlingen ) to the south also belongs to the municipality of Aboncourt .
