The Autostrada 0 ( Autostrada Centura București ) is a motorway ring that is being planned around the capital Bucharest in Romania .
On February 24, 2012, the Romanian Ministry of Transport announced that a feasibility study would be started in March 2012 for the construction within a public-private partnership .
