The Drum național 29E ( Romanian for "National Road 29E", DN29E for short ) is a short main road in Romania .

The road branches off around 4 km north of Ștefăneşti in the village of Stânca from Drum național 24C to the northeast and after 3.9 km crosses the border with Moldova at the Hidrocentrala Costeşti power plant at the outlet of the Pruth from the Lacul Stânca-Costeşti reservoir . On the Moldovan side, the R7 road continues, which leads to Rîşcani .
