course

The road branches in Sibiu from Drum naţional 1 , which here together with the Drum naţional 7 is guided to the north, crosses the city immediate motorway Autostrada A1 (both European route E68 ), initially runs north across Şeica Mare (Mark sealed cloves) to Axente Sever (Frauendorf) with the junction of Drum național 14B to the west, where the valley of the Târnava Mare (Great Kokel) is reached, which the road follows in an easterly direction. It continues through Copşa Mică (Kleinkopisch) and Mediaş (Mediasch) , where the Drum național 14A branches off to the north. The road passes further to the east Dumbrăveni (Elizabeth City ) and meets the Drum național 13 ( European route 60 ) on the western edge of Sighişoara , where it ends.

The length of the road is around 90 kilometers.
