At Piatra Neamț the road branches off from Drum național 15 to the north. Even in this city the Drum na Drumional 15D leads east. In the course crosses the street Bodesti crosses in the town of Targu Neamt the Drum naţional 15B and continues north until at Vadu Moldovei on the drum naţional 2 ( European route E85 ) meets and ends at that.
