Dorothee Hartinger
Dorothee Hartinger (* 2. March 1971 in Regensburg ) is a German actress .
Life
Dorothee Hartinger made her debut in 1991 in the first year of her acting studies at the Otto Falckenberg School at the Münchner Kammerspiele as “Lucie” in Goethe's Stella (director: Thomas Langhoff ).
In addition to her first engagement at Schauspiel Frankfurt from 1994 to 1998, the director Peter Stein cast her at the Salzburg Festival in 1995/96 as “Anja” in Chekhov's Der Kirschgarten and in 1996/97 as “Malchen” in Raimund's Der Alpenkönig und der Menschenfeind . In 1998 he was called to the Thalia Theater , Hamburg and as "Ophelia" to the Bad Gandersheim Cathedral Festival in Shakespeare's Hamlet (director: B. Kroeger).
From 1999 to 2001 Hartinger was brought in by Peter Stein for his monumental Faust production (all 12,110 verses in 23 hours with performances in Hanover, Berlin, Vienna) and in 2001 he received the German Theater Critics' Prize for her “Gretchen” .
She has been a member of the Burgtheater ensemble since 2002 , appears in co-productions at the Wiener Festwochen and the Salzburg Festival , makes guest appearances in her dream role in Miss Else by Arthur Schnitzler (director: Christian Tschirner ) and performs selected texts in classical music concerts in Vienna, Langenlois and Regensburg. She teaches drama at the Vienna Conservatory . In 2008 her portrait (by Erwin Wurm ) was included in the young portrait gallery in the large break foyer of the Burgtheater.
After she was seen on German television as "Irmi Bartl" in the TV series Munich 7 (director: Franz Xaver Bogner ), she now embodies "Rosi Specht" in Bogner's new TV series Der Kaiser von Schexing .
Dorothee Hartinger has been the mother of a daughter since 2009.
