Erbrée ( Breton : Ervored ) is a French commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine in the region of Brittany . It belongs to the arrondissement Fougères-Vitré and the canton Vitré (until 2015: canton Vitré-Est ). The municipality has 1,702 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017), who are called Erbréens .
geography
Erbrée is about 35 kilometers east of Rennes on the Valière . Erbrée is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-M'Hervé in the north and northwest, La Chapelle-Erbrée in the north, Saint-Pierre-la-Cour in the east, Bréal-sous-Vitré in the southeast, Mondevert and Argentré-du-Plessis in the south , Étrelles in the southwest and Vitré in the west.
The national route 157 runs through the south of the municipality .
