Sainte-Colombe ( Breton : Santez-Koulm , Gallo : Saentt-Cólonbb-to-la-mey ) is a French municipality with 351 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine in the region of Brittany ; it belongs to the Arrondissement Fougères-Vitré and is part of the canton of La Guerche-de-Bretagne (until 2015: canton of Retiers ). The inhabitants are called Colombins .

Sainte-Colombe is located about 29 kilometers south-southeast of Rennes . Sainte-Colombe is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Janzé in the north and north-west, Le Theil-de-Bretagne in the north and east, Coësmes in the south and south-east and La Couyère in the west.
