Eva Maria Bauer
Eva Maria Bauer , also Eva-Maria Bauer (born October 21, 1923 in Hamburg ; † May 17, 2006 there ) was a German actress and voice actress .
Life
The daughter of an officer first began studying business administration , but then became an actress in the 1940s . She played on smaller stages in Oldenburg and Leer , and finally in Hamburg at the Ernst-Deutsch-Theater , the Hamburger Kammerspiele and the Thalia Theater . In the latter, she was part of the ensemble for a long time, where she played through all roles with great commitment and always good reviews and popular with the audience .
She only made her breakthrough in television and film when she was over 60 years old. She became known in the role of the resolute head nurse Hildegard Zeisig (in the follow-up films Vogt) in the ZDF hit series Die Schwarzwaldklinik . As a result, she played numerous roles in well-known series such as Derrick , The Wicherts from next door , The Old and The Dream Ship . She also had a guest role in the series Helga and the Northern Lights in 1984 as the wife of a farmer. She also appeared in four episodes of the Tatort television series , namely in 1973 in dismissal for Trimmel , in 1976 in Trimmel and the tulip thief , in 1977 in The Girl from Opposite and in 1995 in relapsing . However, the role as head nurse remained an integral part of her image. She played in hospital and doctor series like Der Landarzt , Hallo, Unkel Doc! and St. Angela with. She was also present at the new edition of the Black Forest Clinic for the 20th anniversary, but as a retired head nurse. She was particularly encouraged by Dieter Wedel , in whose TV multi-part she was seen several times, u. a. in The Semmeling Affair and The Great Bellheim . As a voice actress she lent her voice and a. Gloria Grahame ( Isn't Life Beautiful? ), Giulietta Masina ( The Tricksters ) and Lilli Palmer ( The Last Fall ). Eva Maria Bauer lived in Hamburg until her death . She died at the General Hospital in Hamburg-Wandsbek on breast cancer and has been on the anonymous Urnenhain the Ohlsdorf cemetery buried.
Her role in the series Der Landarzt had three different first names over the years: Katharina, Hilde and, most recently, Charlotte. At the beginning of the 16th season of the series it was announced that Ms. Sellmann was visiting a sick relative. After that she was never mentioned again.
