The Gauliga Donau-Alpenland 1944/45 was the seventh season of the Gauliga Donau-Alpenland in annexed Austria. Due to the course of the war , all classes gradually stopped playing. The Gauliga was limited to nine games in autumn 1944, after which the championship could not be continued due to the war. After the withdrawal of SK Amateure Steyr and LSV Markersdorf in the preseason, the league was again limited to Viennese clubs. Steyr's place was taken over by SC Rapid Oberlaa, who failed in the promotion game. For the first championship after the end of the war in 1945/46, the association approved the promoted SC Helfort Wien and ESV Ostbahn XI, which was able to take the place of the BSG Reichsbahn in 1st class.
