National leagues
Lower Austria
There was no separate state championship in Lower Austria. The strongest Lower Austrian clubs played a mixed championship in two regional relays with the reserve teams of the first-class Viennese professional clubs . The best-placed provincial clubs of these two seasons then played a final for the Lower Austrian championship title.
