history

Badow: The neo-Gothic village church dates from around 1847. The estate was owned by the von Döring family from 1700 to 1945. The classicist manor house, which burned down in 1905 , was renovated in 1906 in the neo-baroque style. It served as a pony castle from 1993 to 2001 and as a holiday home since 2008.

Renzow was first mentioned in a document in 1230. In 1384 the Slavic name Rantsowe has been handed down. In 1935 the place and estate were merged. The property was u. a. owned by the von Müller (1716–1773), von Zülow , von Bülow , von Blücher , von Behr and Booth families . The manor (19th century) and land were bought back by the Booth family in 1990.
