Abbéville-lès-Conflans is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ozerailles in the north, Les Baroches in the north and northeast, Hatrize in the east, Labry and Conflans-en-Jarnisy in the south, Boncourt in the southwest and Thumeréville in the west.
