Othe is a French commune with 33 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Briey and the canton of Mont-Saint-Martin (until 2015: canton Longuyon ).

The municipality in the north of Lorraine is one kilometer from the Franco-Belgian border and 60 kilometers southwest of Luxembourg City . The Othain flows through the community area . The municipality of Othe is an exclave of the Meurthe-et-Moselle department: it is completely surrounded by the Meuse department .
