Mouaville is located about 70 kilometers south-southwest of Luxembourg and 45 kilometers west-northwest of Metz . Mouaville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fléville-Lixières in the north and northeast, Thumeréville in the east and southeast, Olley in the south, Saint-Jean-lès-Buzy in the southwest and Béchamps in the west.
