Giraumont is a French commune with 1,320 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Lorraine ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Briey and the canton of Jarny (until 2015 Conflans-en-Jarnisy ).

Giraumont is about 20 kilometers west-northwest of Metz . The Orne limits the municipality to the north. Giraumont is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Hatrize in the north and north-west, Moineville in the north-east, Jouaville in the east and south-east, Doncourt-lès-Conflans in the south, Jarny in the south-west and Labry in the west.
