Thumeréville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mouaville in the north and west, Fléville-Lixières in the north and north-east, Ozerailles in the north-east, Abbéville-lès-Conflans in the east, Boncourt in the south and south-east, Jeandelize in the south and Olley in the south-west.
