Anderny is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Malavillers in the north and north-west, Audun-le-Roman in the north and north-east, Sancy in the east and north-east, Tucquegnieux in the south and south-east, Mairy-Mainville in the south and south-west and Mont-Bonvillers in the west and south-west.
