Châtelus is a French municipality with 108 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Allier in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (2015 Auvergne ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Vichy and the canton of Lapalisse .
geography
Châtelus is about 25 kilometers east-northeast of Vichy . The neighboring communities of Châtelus are Droiturier in the north, Saint-Martin-d'Estréaux in the east, Arfeuilles in the south and Le Breuil in the west.
