Mézerville is a municipality with 95 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the west of the Aude department in the Occitania region of southern France (before 2016 Languedoc-Roussillon ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Carcassonne and the canton of La Piège au Razès (until 2015 Salles-sur-l'Hers ). The inhabitants are called Mézervillais .

Mézerville is about 37 kilometers west-northwest of Carcassonne . Mézerville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainte-Camelle in the north and north-east, Peyrefitte-sur-l'Hers in the east and south-east, Saint-Sernin in the south and south-east, Belpech in the south-west, Molandier in the west and La Louvière-Lauragais in the north-west.
