Mlékosrby (German Mlikosirb ) is a municipality in Okres Hradec Králové in Královéhradecký kraj in the Czech Republic . Mlékosrby has 243 inhabitants (2014) and extends over an area of 5.8 km². The municipality is located about 25 km west of the town of Hradec Králové , about 40 km from the Czech-Polish border, at an altitude of 237 meters above sea level.

The part of the name Mléko literally means milk and -srby is derived from the Serbs / Sorbs' own name.
