After the monastery was destroyed during the Hussite Wars , King Sigismund signed the village over to Diviš Bořek von Miletínek in 1436 , and a distinction was made between Osice and Osičky for the first time. In 1491 Wilhelm von Pernstein acquired the village and added it to the Pardubice rule . Jaroslav von Pernstein sold the manor to King Ferdinand I in 1560. The residents of Osice had to do their labor on the farm in Ždánice . Called Vosice Velké since the middle of the 17th century .

Until the middle of the 19th century, Wositz remained subordinate to the kk cameraman Pardubitz.

After the abolition of patrimonial Vosice formed a municipality in the judicial district of Pardubice from 1849 . From 1868 the community belonged to the Pardubitz district . Since the beginning of the 20th century the village was called Vosice t. Osice . By order of the Linguistic Commission in Prague, the place name was changed to Osice in 1920 .

1949 Osice was assigned to the Okres Hradec Králové-okolí; this was repealed in the course of the territorial reform of 1960, since then the municipality has belonged to Okres Hradec Králové. In 1967 Trávník was incorporated. On July 1, 1980 Osice was incorporated into Lhota pod Libčany .
