history

Výrava, like the surrounding villages, was probably founded in the 13th century by German colonists and laid out as a forest hoof village. The first written mention of the village, which originally belonged to the Hohenbruck rule , was in 1406. In 1496, Johanka von Březovice sold the Hohenbruck Fortress, inherited from her father Přibík Kroměšín von Březovice, with the farm, the town of Hohenbruck and eleven villages, including Výrava, for 5000 shock Bohemian Groschen to Nikolaus d. J. Trčka from Lípa , who united it with his Opočno estate . Later, Lords Trčka von Lípa closed the village to the Smiřice manor . After the death of Jan Rudolf Trčka von Lípa , the Smiřice estate was confiscated by King Ferdinand II and sold to Johann Matthias Gallas in 1636 . On October 1, 1685 Anton Pankratius Gallas sold the rule to Isabella Magdalena von Sternberg . In 1747 the rule of Smiřice passed to the princes von Paar through the marriage between Maria Theresa von Sternberg and Johann Leopold von Paar . In 1761, schooling began in a chaluppe, previously the children were taught in the parish school in Černilov. After the death of Maria Theresia von Paar, her son, the Imperial and Royal Hereditary Postmaster Johann Wenzel Fürst von Paar, took over the property in 1761 and sold the Smiřice reign in 1780 for 500,000 guilders to Emperor Joseph II. In 1790, Emperor Joseph II also acquired the Hořeniowes reign and placed both cameramen under an administration.

In 1836 the village Wirawa or Wyrawa in the Königgrätzer Kreis consisted of 97 houses in which 652 people, including five Protestant families, lived. There was a school and an inn in the village. The Catholic and Protestant parish was Černilow . The kk camera rule Smiřitz-Hořeniowes remained crown property until 1848 and then became an imperial domain, the management of which was transferred to the kk privileged Credit Institution .

After the abolition of patrimonial Výrava formed from 1849 with the district Dolní Černilov a municipality in the judicial district of Königgrätz . From 1868 the community belonged to the Königgrätz district . In 1877 the construction of a new school building began in the center of the village and was inaugurated in 1878. 1949 Výrava was assigned to the Okres Hradec Králové-okolí; this was repealed in the course of the territorial reform of 1960, since then the municipality has belonged to Okres Hradec Králové. On April 30, 1976 Výrava and Dolní Černilov were incorporated into Černilov. The Výrava municipality has existed again since November 24, 1990. The community has had a coat of arms and a banner since 2010.
