The Toyota Ventury is a Thai minibus produced by the Japanese automobile brand Toyota . This was developed by Toyota Thailand and is based on the technical plans of the Toyota Hiace . The Ventury had its premiere in January 2007 and has since been officially offered in the model range. The model was developed by Toyota in addition to the tried and tested Toyota Commuter is in place and with new car prices 1,288,000 ฿ to 1,468,000 ฿ the second most expensive car in the current model range of Toyota Thailand. The most expensive model in the model range is the Ventury Majesty brother model, which is officially established as a separate model series .

A technically and stylistically revised version of the Toyota Ventury is being produced in the People's Republic of China by Higer Bus Co., Ltd. marketed under the name Higer KLQ6540 . This has been lengthened to 5230 mm and is available both as a person carrier and for hospitals as well as an ambulance . Due to the SKD construction used, the height of the Chinese version is 2285 mm, the wheelbase even increases to 3110 mm. Both the Thai and the Chinese versions can accommodate up to 13 people. Four different motors are available for the Higer KLQ6540. The entry-level model is the DK4 produced by Mianyang Huarui Automotive Co., Ltd. with an output of 85 kW at 3800 rpm. The middle engine is the 4RB2, a Chinese license production of the Mitsubishi 2RZF-E. This is manufactured by the same manufacturer and offers an output of 102 kW at 4600 to 5000 rpm. Both a Euro III and Euro IV version of this engine are available. The top model, however, is powered by a Mitsubishi 4G69S4N . This has an output of 200 kW at 2500 to 4000 rpm. Radio with CD player, air conditioning, anti-collision radar, brake booster , ABS and EBD are standard equipment on the Higer.
