The Toyota Aurion is a mid-range sedan produced and sold by the Japanese automobile manufacturer Toyota in Australia , New Zealand and some Asian countries between 2006 and 2017 .

The Aurion is based on the Toyota Camry , but differs from it in the design of the front and rear and the use of a 3.5-liter V6 instead of the 2.4-liter four-cylinder used in the Camry. The equipment levels AT-X, Prodigy, Sportivo and Presara are available.

The second generation is again identical to the Camry. However, due to the different aprons, it is slightly longer and is still only available with a 3.5 l V6 engine. There are five equipment versions to choose from: Prodigy , Presara , AT-X , SportivoSX6 and SportivoZR6 .
