The Toyota Grandpa is a passenger car model produced by the Japanese manufacturer Toyota from 2000 to 2005 . The name is derived from the Portuguese interjection opa! ( German as: ! Oops , ! Oha or ui! ) From.

The seven-seater compact van was introduced exclusively to the Japanese market in October 2000. A 1.8- and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder were available as engines; the drive was via the front wheels or, as an option, also via all-wheel drive . The power transmission was taken over by a five-speed manual gearbox or a continuously variable CVT automatic. Production ended in December 2005.
