history
There used to be an old Slavic castle on the Hrad hill. Below the Hrad there was a branch of the Goldener Steiges between Passau and Prague, where the settlement originated. The existence of a parish church in Blsko has been recorded since 1350 . On the side of the church there was a festival of the Vladiken of Blsko. It is believed that Petr Chelčický was descended from this sex on his mother's side. In 1395 Ondřej von Blsko was the governor of the Helfenburg .
Blsko was devastated during the Hussite Wars. During the Thirty Years War the village was burned down again. In 1630 the church was repaired. The last pastor was in Blsko in 1649, after which the church was a branch of Bavorov. The village belonged to the Schwarzenbergs from the 18th century .
After the abolition of patrimonial rule, the municipality of Bílsko was established in 1848. It belonged to Okres Písek from 1850 to 1950 , then to Okres Vodňany until 1960 and since then to Okres Strakonice. At the beginning of 1974 Záluží and on April 1, 1976 Netonice were incorporated.
