history

The first written mention of the village comes from the year 1260. In the 14th century the Vladiken von Huzenice , who were relatives of the Lords of Křikava and with them jointly exercised the church patronage in Černívsko, had the fortress built. This was first mentioned in 1364 as the seat of the Kunrát von Huzenice. He was followed by Henzlin von Huzenice in 1394 and Racek from Langendorf to Uzenice around 1442. This later joined the Strakonitz Alliance, the fortress was captured by a Písek army and burned down, but was soon rebuilt. At the end of the 15th century Tašek von Drahenice was the owner of Uzenice, he bought the desert castle Křikava with the village Černívsko and added them to the Uzenice estate. Around 1520 Zdeniek Lev von Rosental acquired the estate and added it to the Blatná dominion. His son Adam Lev von Rosental sold the Teutsch-Usenitz estate in 1537 for 1000 shock Bohemian groschen to Johann Bieschin von Bieschin . When the inheritance was divided between his sons, the Teutsch-Usenitz estate including the church patronage in Černívsko fell to Zdenko Bieschin von Bieschin in 1579. His son Zbynek Georg Bieschin von Bieschin sold the Teutsch-Usenitz estate with the villages of Klein-Usenitz , Groß-Usenitz and Černisko in 1617 for 14,000 Meißnische Schock to Wilhelm the Elder. Ä. Wrabsky Tluksa by Wraby, who added it to his Drahenice reign.

At the end of the 17th century, the Counts Khan acquired rule from the Tluksa of Wraby. Then the owners changed in quick succession. In 1795, Oberstlandmarschall Johann Prokop Graf Hartmann von Klarstein acquired the Drahenitz estate from Marie Elisabeth Countess von Nostitz-Rieneck , née Kolowrat Krakowsky von Ugezd. Other forms of the name were Huzeničky and Malé Uzenice . In 1840 Klein-Usenitz , also Teutsch-Usenitz / Uzeniček , consisted of 37 houses with 291 inhabitants, including an Israelite family. In the village there was a farm, a sheep farm and a brick hut. The former castle was converted into a bulk floor. The parish was Černisko ( Černívsko ). Until the middle of the 19th century, Klein-Usenitz remained subject to the Drahenitz rule.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Uzenicky / small Uzenitz 1850 with the hamlet Černivsko a municipality in the district administration and the judicial district Blatná. In 1870 the Lobkowicz Counts became the owners of the estate. In the course of the abolition of the Okres Blatná, Uzeničky was assigned to the Okres Strakonice in 1960. In 1964 it was incorporated into Uzenice. On November 24, 1990 Uzeničky broke away from Uzenice and formed its own community.

In 1991 the village of Uzeničky had 118 inhabitants. In the 2001 census, 111 people and 53 houses were counted in the Uzeničky district.
