history

The first written mention of Krajníčko was in 1334, when Margarethe von Rosenberg , the widow of Bavors III. von Strakonitz , a part of the Bavorov rule with the town of Bavorov and 24 villages to her brother Peter I. von Rosenberg . In 1351 his sons Peter , Jost , Ulrich and Johann acquired these goods from Wilhelm von Strakonitz against payment of 1000 shock Bohemian groschen. From 1357 the von Rosenberg brothers had the Helfenburg built on the Malošín . The new rule Helfenburg included the town Bavorov and Strunkovice and villages Hracholusky , Vitějovice , Žernovice , Nebahovy , Svojnice, Žíchovec, Lhota Nová, two villages called Lhota, Leskovec, Blanice Svinětice, Budyně , Netonice, Radějovice , Kváskovice , Skály , Záluží , Měkynec , Krajníčko, Štětín, Útěšov and Hájek . Ulrich II. Von Rosenberg , who was heavily indebted as a result of the Hussite Wars , transferred the rule to his son Johann II in 1457. He sold the rule to his debt on March 4, 1458 with the option of repurchase within five years, which he apparently took up , for 5000 shock Bohemian groschen to Johann von Lobkowicz . On March 31, 1461, John II pledged the rule to his former burgrave Nikolaus Přešek of Češtice for 1964 shock Bohemian ten groschen, but redeemed them again in 1462 after Přešek's death. The burgrave Jan von Vlksice filed a complaint against Vlach von Březí on October 8, 1471 because of the burning down of two barns in Krajníčko. Wok II von Rosenberg sold part of the estate, including Krajníčko, for 1000 Hungarian guilders in 1475 to Johann von Schwanberg , who two years later sold it to Václav and Zikmund Vlček for the same price. Václav Vlček auf Čekanov sold this part of the estate in 1484 for 8,000 Hungarian guilders to Heinrich Prüschenck von Stettenberg ( Jindřich Prýšenk ze Stettenberka ), who immediately pledged it to Wok II von Rosenberg as the actual financier. Ulrich Prüschenck von Stettenberg, together with his father Heinrich, sold the goods in 1503 for 14,500 Meißnische Schock to Peter IV von Rosenberg , who reunited them with the rule of Helfenburg.

In 1593, the last Rosenberg, Peter Wok von Rosenberg, sold the Helfenburg estate with the abandoned Helfenburg for 40,000 Meißnish shock to the city of Prachatice . Because of the support of the Bohemian uprising , Prachatice lost its possessions through imperial confiscation after the battle of the White Mountain . The former rule of Helfenburg, now known as Gut Barau , fell to the Bohemian Chamber . In 1622, Emperor Ferdinand II gave the Nettolitz estate and the Barau estate to Hans Ulrich von Eggenberg, President of the Court Chamber, for his services in the Catholic League . This united both properties in one dominium with the official village of Peterhof . After the Eggenberg family died out in 1719, the allodial rule of Nettolitz and the Barau estate fell to the Schwarzenbergs .

In 1840 Kranitz consisted of 23 houses with 174 Czech-speaking inhabitants. Kranitz was subject to the Miekinetz court together with the villages of Miekinetz , Saluschy ( Záluží ) and Autieschow ( Útěšov ). The parish was Blsko . Until the middle of the 19th century, Kranitz always remained subject to the allodial rule Nettolitz including the Barau estate.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Krajníčko / Kranitz 1850 a district of the municipality Měkynec in the district administration and the judicial district Písek Vodňany. In 1900 the village had 321 inhabitants. In 1907 Krajníčko broke away from Měkynec and formed its own municipality. The voluntary fire brigade was formed in 1908. The Štětín court, which belonged to the Schwarzenbergs, was dissolved and parceled out in 1922 as part of the land reform. As a result, numerous residents previously employed on the farm moved away. In 1930 there were 289 people living in Krajníčko. In 1935 the village was electrified. After the end of the Second World War there was an emigration to the border areas , thereby the number of inhabitants decreased to 221 by 1950. In the course of the establishment of the Okres Vodňany Krajníčko was assigned to this in 1949 and after its abolition in 1960 became part of the Okres Strakonice . In 1964 the Krajníčko - Bavorov - Vodňany bus line was added. In 1970 the village had 153 inhabitants. The construction of the swimming pool was completed in 1974. On January 1, 1975 it was incorporated into Bavorov. Since November 24, 1990, Krajníčko has again formed its own municipality. In 2001 Krajníčko had 94 inhabitants, in 2008 there were 105.
