Bancroft Motorsport was a German automobile production company that manufactured a two-seater roadster , the Bancroft , from 1991 to 1993 .

The roadster was produced at GFG-Exklusiv-Cars GmbH in Gronau (Westf.) , Where the Elisar was also manufactured. A limited edition of 300 copies was planned, but ultimately only 10 vehicles were built. Graf and Countess Beissel von Gymnich acted as publishers of the vehicles.
The Bancroft is a 1930s style two-seater roadster . The model was designed by the American racing driver Hugh Bancroft. It was powered by a modified V8 engine from the Mercedes-Benz 500 SL with 343 hp . The new price was between 300,000 and 396,000 DM .
