The Tiger Automobile GmbH was a German manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
Andreas and Hans-Joachim Schwarz founded the company in Eppingen in 1994 and began producing automobiles. The Federal Motor Transport Authority registered the company as a vehicle manufacturer on August 8, 1994. The brand name was Tiger . Production ended in 1995. There is no known connection to Fahrzeugbau Seitner-Leonhardt , which manufactured similar vehicles in nearby Bretten until 1992.

The only model was similar to the FMR Tg 500 . The self-supporting monocoque body was made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic and offered space for two people in a row. A four-cylinder engine from the Mini Cooper with a displacement of 1275 cc and 64 hp provided the drive . The vehicle was 316 cm long. The new price was over DM 70,000 .
