The company Edelsbrunner Automobile München was a small, Bavarian car company with headquarters at the Lerchenstraße 5 in Munich . The brand name was EAM .

Company history

In the early 1990s, the company produced two vehicle variants in the style of the 1930s in small series. Inspired by the racing driver Tazio Nuvolari , EAM named the first model EAM Nuvolari S1 . EAM presented this model in 1994 in the presence of sister and other relative Tazio Nuvolaris at a car show in Munich. The plan was to produce 100 vehicles per year and sell them through Auto Becker .

EAM Nuvolari S1

This was a roadster that was similar to the Riley MPH . Built-in Ford engines with a choice of 1600 cm³, 1800 cm³ and 2000 cm³ displacement and 90 to 136 hp provided the drive . The new price was between 60,000 DM and 68,000 DM. The model was produced in small series.

EAM R1 Schorsch Meier

This was also a roadster similar to the BMW 328 . A four-cylinder engine from BMW with 1800 cc and 120 hp, a six-cylinder engine from BMW with 2000 cc and 150 hp and the Ford model known from the other model with 2000 cc and 136 hp were available. The new price in the basic version was 70,000 DM.
