Cobra Classic Sportscars was a German manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was initially located at Meerweinstrasse 29 in Sasbach . In 1990, the production of automobiles began under the direction of G. Handloser. The brand name was CCS . In 1992 the address was Bühlstrasse 26 in Bahlingen am Kaiserstuhl . It is not known when production ended.

vehicles

The company made replicas . The CCS Cobra 427 model was a replica of the AC Cobra . The basic version had a built-in motor of Ford with up to 250 hp power. A better version with a tubular space frame was suitable for accommodating Jaguar engines with up to 450 hp. There are also replicas of the Lotus Seven and the Ford V8 from 1932 to 1934 as Street Rod .
